Hi all,

I have a 6x2x2 tank that is cycling at the moment. I would like to put a fair few Angels in there but i would also like to put a couple of other cihclids in aswell, any suggestions??

This will be my first tank in about 10years lots have changed since then i know.

I am currently running an Aquaone canister fiter which pumps around 1000LPH and an internal Fluval 4, i have two 300watt heaters and a sand/gravel mix on the bottom. Plenty of plants and slate also.

Sounds good to me , but you just might need a little more filtration. Just put other non aggressive cichlids in there and you should be fine. Some small schooling fish would be good, but then you would have to watch what other cichlids you put in there.

More filtration???

I was sure that it would have been enough?

Do u know what water conditions i should have for angels?

Put it this way I have a turnover rate of 1600l/h for 50g.
