could anyone recommend a good pump for a wet/dry filter on a 150 gal tank? :help:
The tank stands about 5 feet high so the pump needs to be pretty strong.
Thanks in advance
Greg
Danner Mag-Drive pumps would work nicely since they can be submersed or unsubmersed. I'do go for one myself but I'm most likely to get a Coralife Turbo-Sea pump because it has its own cooliing fan. Plus now I want I pump thats fully external and it would save space in my sump. Is there a certain preference if the pump is going to be submersed or not?

Thanks NikkO, I was lookikng into the Danner Mag drives becauce they can be used submersed or unsubmersed. I'm really not sure which way I want to set it up yet, I do like the idea of not having it in the sump, but I'm not quite sure what that would involve doing. What size Danner Mag Drive would you recommend?
Thanks Again
Greg
You could go for a Mag-Drive 9.5 since the 9.5 can give you 750 GPH @ 5 ft.
