I've been feeding my plecos and snails zucchini lately, and I'm wondering what to use as an anchor to keep it all from floating to the top. For now i have a very small allen key (yikes, i know, it was all i could find in my house) that works well, but it's only temporary. Suggestions?

Check out your LFS. They sell all plastic clips on plastic suction cups for that purpose. I used to rubber band veggies to the bottom of a clear glass butter dish (clean), and drop to bottom.

I used to tie fresh vegatables to a small rock with a piece of cotton twine. It always worked just fine.

I rubberband the food onto a rock and it works fine.
