Doll entered the room. It was almost empty; only a few members scattered throughout. They were whispering amongst themselves, passing information between each other.

She stepped past a table where Joe and Harlock were locked in a discussion of the War of the Worlds. Joe was sure it was a prediction of what was to come. Harlock snorted and laughed.

Kas2 was sitting at a table by himself looking over a sheet of paper. He was talking to himself. "Is it 'i' before 'e' except after 'b'? Oh crap! How does that go?"

Doll shook her head as she headed over to the bar. Lila was there serving Happychem... a drink (Geez, you guys are horrible!).

"Hey Doll." Lila moved to the other end of the counter, motioning for Doll to follow. "What's up, babe?"

Doll makes her way over to the secluded side of the bar to have a talk with her confidant. "There you are", she said, "don't you know I've been looking all over for you! You've got to hear this!" Doll takes a look around the bar to see who is within earshot of her, noticing happy holding a his face in question.

Lila's jaw hits the bar. "Ouch!"

She smiles at Doll and says, "Excuse me, dear, I have to have a word... or two with these men."

She leaves from behind the bar and grabs both firemen's wrists, dragging them to the backroom. After locking the door, she turns on the bewildered men and slaps them both ... on the face!

"You idiots!"

"What? What'd we do wrong?" Mav asks, touching his tender cheek.

"You were supposed to come clothed, then once the music started, strip down. This was surprise for Doll, and you've both ruined it!"

Slappy, finally recovering from Lila's assualt, glares at her as he spits, "Hey! I'm the only one to do the slapping around here!"

...glaring towards the shut door, Doll shakes her head and holds it up with her hands, elbows on the bar. She takes a sip of the ice cold Miller lite she'd been looking forward to, crosses her legs and peeks over again.... waiting for something more to happen, thinking "just what is going on around here?"

Happy slides over next to Doll and winks. "How ya doin', Doll?"

Doll contemplates on if she wants to share her news with him, but is distracted from her thoughts as Mav runs out of the backroom and heads out the front door.

Slappy comes out with an apron wrapped around him. He tips his hat at Doll and say, "I'll be back later." His cheeks glow red as he heads for the door and out.

Joe, Harlock and Kas2 hold back laughter as Slappy's exposed rear passes them by.

From the corner, where Doll didn't see them, Nursie and GEL are giggling. A whip suddenly comes up from under the table, and Nursie grabs GEL's hand, shaking her head. "Not yet. You can't do it here."

"Dang!" GEL sighs and lowers the whip.

Doll's never seen this place so full of energy. She looks locks her fingers and holds her arms straight in front of her to let out a brilliant stretch and contemplates what to do while the boys are gone. She stops mid-stretch at the sound of the cracking whip.... "could it be?", she thought. She turns to face the corner, cleverly dimmed to hide the identity but not the fact that they were finely shaped women. "I know it's the girls!" she thought out loud.

Ignoring Happy, Doll leaves the bar and approaches the dim corner. "Excuse me, ladies, but may I join you?"

"Of course, Doll." Nursie motions to the chair between her and GEL. "Would love to have another gal join us."

"Lila!" Happy shouts, and the woman soon appears from the backroom, taking her place behind the bar. The conversation between her and Happy is soon drowned out by the small crowd of keepers entering and gathering at a large table.

Lila suddenly leaves from behind the bar, carrying a rifle with her, and points it at Mike's guitar. "Don't you see the sign on the wall, boy?"

Mike looks to the sign and reads aloud, "No Led Zepplin allowed."

"That's right, kiddo. I suggest you try something else. Like Jimmy Buffet, perhaps."

GEL taps on Doll's shoulder and asks, "What's up, hon?"

"Well, there's just something I've got to share--"

"Excuse me!" Someone shouts from the front door. Everyone turns and sees Corax standing there. "I've got something great to tell everyone!"

As all quieted and awaited his news, Mav and Slappy return, fully dressed, and head for the corner where the three ladies sit.

As i walk into the bar i see everyone starring at someone? I am still learning to put names on faces here ...but it has become one of my favorite hangouts. I have learned the bunch can be roudy and calm ...my type of people. I actually wear a dress today and am very glad someone else besides me is comanding all of the attention. I slink to the corner and watch as i wait to see what happens next.

I am having a great time..apparently...knocking back a few with good friends and listening to the Phil collins tunes. You know if there's nekked firemen coming out of the back room that the fire isn't anything to evacuate the building for..... :devil: :devil:

The bar suddenly is full of people singing along with the Phil Collins tunes that no one hears Corax sharing his amazing news. He suddenly is filled with rage and shouts at the person next to him.

Since Corax had been away for so long, he does not realize this is a man to not be messed with. SoCal rises from his seat and the two are in each other's faces shouting and shoving each other.

"Oh no you don't!" Lila shouts as she approaches the two. "You ain't doing that here, boys."

"But . . . " SoCal says with is crooked smile.

"Look, honey . . . I don't care how cute your smile is . . . all crooked and sexy and all that . . . you're not gonna start a fight in my bar!" Pushing both men towards the door, she hesitates as Slappy goes running by, holding his still reddened cheek and whimpering on his way to the door.

Lila sighs. "What a sissy." She continues to push the two men toward the door.

Corax suddenly turns and says, "Fine! I'll go. I just wanted to tell you something. This guy was making a funny face at me and it pushed me over the line."

"I wasn't making a face!" SoCal's cheeks turns red. "I was smiling at your good news!"

"You call that a smile?"

Lila shakes her head and pushes them toward the door again. "Until you boys settle down, you're out of here."

Both men slump their shoulders as they head out of the bar.

Once both men are out of the bar, Kas2 crankes up the music. Using the 'music' treand, Kas2 picks a bunch of stuff that AC members like.

The group at the corner table cheers for Lila, and orders another round. GEL, disapointed at not being able to use her whip to straighten those boys out, grumbles "You people never let me have any fun".

The group is sitting and mellowing out to the fine tunes Kas is playing in the DJ booth. Suddenly the loud roar of a motorcycle is heard in front of the bar. It stops and the rider gets off and runs into the bar...It's Joe!! He shouts "Quick..come out and look up in the sky.." and runs back outside.

Lila shrieks as the Joe already sitting in the bar must be an alien. "A body snatcher!" she screams, pointing at the man.

Joe shakes his head. "No! No! I'm me! Really I am!"

"I knew it!" Harlock shouts as he pushes away from the table.

Lila runs to the bar and grabs her Alien Blaster 3000 and aims it at the Body Snatcher Joe. "Oh, you've invaded the wrong bar, alien!"

Next Lila turns to Harlock, that was talking to the "alien" joe...and says "You don't look too real to me either"
At that the "Harlock" rips off his human head, grow to 10 ft tall...dripping slime from his fangs and newly sprouted talons growls.."You're right! He bounds over to Lila, and before she can blast him with the Alien Blaster 3000 a loud crack is heard behind him..and the alien's head falls off and rolls across the floor.
GEL, with a big smile on her face, finally got to play with her whip. :D

Doll calls the fire department to come clean up the toxic mess. Hopefully the firemen will be clothed this time.

SoCal and Corax come back in the bar..apparently deciding that to be in good company and have a good drink is a good reason to be friendly.

Moans echoed through the room as what looked like the living dead rose from the floors and tables.

Today it's catch of the day AND with more than one hour before it needs to be ready! :idea: Ok, some of the black beans I'll be using in tommorows soup, 'borrow' a couple of those papayas and mangos Lila said she was saving, and some of my house made salsa, served with matchstick fries; yeah that will work. This is some good looking swordfish. Thinking I'll be saving a piece for myself :cool: ...

...out in the bar, if anyone is paying attention they can hear the tunes from the kitchen crancked up a bit; without any of the banging and choice words that are typical from this new guy when he's stressing...

...in a few minutes the chef is seen at the swinging kitchen door gesturing for Lila to come over. "Alright", he says, "it will be char-grilled swordfish with tropical fruit and black bean salsa. Best served medium." He turns back to the kitchen but turns again and asks "what's with all this singing, a special party? Oh geez...we aren't going karaoke are we?" And with that he's back in the kitchen...

...and the music from the kitchen goes up a little louder...

This is some good looking swordfish. T.. ....I walk over to the Mitsubishi Big Screen DLP HD TV and put a DVD copy of what is really being served. It's really a Marlin! The video link proves it, and what an exciting catch! They say they released the fish, but they really kept it!

As JMax begins singing Raitt, Lila stands behind the counter singing along quietly. Though she's getting irritated the waitress hasn't shown up yet, she smiles as she delivers the drinks to Labont (adoring sigh) and Doll. "There you go, darling. Oh and here's yours Doll."

After seeing the footage Joe put up on the big screen, she storms over to him and slaps him in the back with her tray. "Get that off the screen or I'm taking you to the table!"

Happy chows down on some delicious swordtail, er, marlin. Sounds too good to pass up, and with the beer flowing through the blood, I'm hungry. Orders a round for the bar...

Doll holds labont's chin up with her long fingers, elbow on the bar, she turns to happy, nodding to thank him for the drink, giggling softly to herself as she notices his hunger, substituting the marlin, knowing he yearns it to be his beauty. She turns and notices Lila and casts her an evil glare as she delivers the drink last to Doll. She knows though that it's all for show. Doll is still antsy, she's still waiting, longing for someone else.... she could work very well with the guys already being offered before her, but there's just something .... missing.

"You heard the lady," he says as he pushes the hippies toward the door. "And don't start any troube," he addes. "GEL is pretty anxious to use that whip of hers."

Lila glares at the wall. "And someone swat that fly!"

Nursie is nursing a drink in the corner after the lack of enthusiastic reception for her fledgling singing career. She knew what the hippies were smoking right away...medical training you know :D . And she recognized the cops from hanging out in ER...those guys know how to party!! Yessiree...I've shut down the bar quite a few times partying with them...no ticket if you party with the cops :thm: .

What is that great smell coming from the kitchen?? Wow...maybe I'll get food for supper instead of another drink. Wait a min...where did that truckload of flounder that Slappy had? Hmmmm....eating fish here may not be a good idea.

It's getting dark out. Nursie goes over to the window and looks out.....

She notices slappy's truck is now in the back alley, next to the kitchen door. "hmmmmm" she thinks to herself, just what is he doing in the back now?" Lila meets him out there and is holding a bundle, "coould it be?" she thinks, "could Slappy be in cohoots with Lila for some reason? Maybe, but for what?" Nursie tries to listen and see if she can spot anymore people at the mystery-truck.

She looks around...I need someone else to see whatever is going on..."Psst..Doll...come see this", and motions her over to the window..trying to stay out of view. Doll strolls over, and Nursie points out the window. "Be careful so they don't see you. This all looks rather...fishy. can you make out what they are saying?"
"We could go outside..pretend to have a argument..or look at something..and eavesdrop. I've got it...maybe some of Joe's aliens are up and we need to look". ...

At the word aliens windeindoiel jumps up, knocking all the drinks in the area over, and shrieks "What?? Aliens!!". Everyone in the bar turns to look at her. She catches the look Nursie and Doll are giving her and sits down sheepishly, trying to clean up the mess she's made and apologizing profusely.

...all day and evening it's been one 'event' or another out in the bar. From firemen in various stages of dress, dope smokin' long hairs (yeah I remember that smell quite well), to what I could swear was some sort of alien incident. Well there was the pot smoke, that part could just be in my head, then again...? And now it sounds like some **** drunk out in the alley. I guess it is nearly the full moon but geez!...

...by the time he opens the back door, Odie sees someone apparently stumbling back through the door to the bar. Then, quite clearly in the light of the moon, he sees the two of them by Slappy's truck. It's been said that Slappy always carries a little something extra besides flounder on his truck, maybe Lila's interested in this extra? Hope she's not into anything she can't handle. Yeah, who am I kidding, she's pretty tough. Besides she doesn't need me second guessing. Dang, just thinking of those eyes and I remember my place, the obediant servant. With my luck she's just after flounder and wants some late night fish and chips...

..."oh man!!!" The smoking pan on the burner quickly diverts his attention...

While everybody has their back turned GEL sneaks out the front door where another commotion is going on in the front, the rest of the bar's patron's can hear loud hideous screams and the sound of a familiar whip cracking like lightening.....................................the sounds die down.....................the silence stretch's out...............................suddenly an extremely happy GEL walks back in the front door (having made the commotion so her other friends can spy on Lila and Slappy a little more effectively), "Hey sweetheart" GEL purrs into led's ear "How about some 'Back in Black' by AC/DC, Im celebrating, and if you know what's' good for you, you won't miss a note" GEL winks and then slides up to the bar to get another tequilla shot with a margarita chaser on the side...........................................

Doll squints to try to make out the movements in the dark more clear, she hears the crack of the whip and a smile soon fills her expression. She knows who's finally showed and she knows that like every other time, this visitor is as sharp as the crack of her whip, she knows when the heat is on and reacts instantanously. Doll watches judge for a while, surprised at her quick wit and automatically becomes fond of her brilliance. "She certainly plays a good drunk... ah, but she still has some to learn," she thinks. Coming back in to take a seat next to GEL, she begins to fill her gal pal in on the days events.... she points each one out....

She jumps up on the table and yells, "I finally figured i out!!! I'm NOT invisible!!!! WAAAAHOOOOO!" Waiting for the applause, she looks around to find everyone in a dead stare. She sees doll rolling her eyes and shaking her head and she gets down and starts attempting to swat flies. She hits one, and she can't control herself. "YESSS!!! I GOT ONE!!!" Once again she finds everyone staring at her, and Doll giving her a look. "Sorry," she says, "I couldn't control it."

unbeknownst to slappy, he has picked up a hitchhiker. flyfly is buried in the back of the truck, with a big flounder grin on his exposed face. If you asked him why he was back there he could not tell you except that he saw a whole lot of flounder and couldnt help himself.

"Oooo.... da flounder fee-ols good" he says with his Adam Sandler voice. "I wun-dor what is going on?"

If you would of asked Slappy later, he would of said he heard something resembling a faint, childish "hee hee." But then again, no one asked.

Nursie and the rest of the gals wave goodby to Judge. She deserves a nice long soak in the bathtub after that gutwretching performance!! Thanks to her, we all know know Lila's and Slappy's shameful secret. It's sad when you have to resort to trading comic books in brown paper wrappers in the back alley!!!
The lights flicker off briefly before Judge leaves, but after she leaves, they flick off and stay off. Suddenly the door open and a foul fishy odor enters the bar. Lighters flick on in an attempt to identify the source of the fishy smell, and see Flyfly standing there with a fish hanging out of his pocket.
I suppose a fish hanging out of the pocket is better than your fin hanging out....

the sudden brilliace disorientates flyfly, making him feel like Gizmo in bright light. When he finally gets his bearings together he pulls his flounder out of his pocket and sets it lovingly down on a soft, purple, crushed-velvet stool that seemed to appear out of nowhere. He gazes around the happening bar and...

suddenly rips off all his clothes with one pull to reveal his stunning James Bond suit and says in a devonaire voice " Im fly. flyfly." and sits down next to his flounder.

He orders two drinks, one for him and one for the flounder, when suddenly something catches his eye. He looks up and spots...

But lila must have shaken that one! Miller light goes spraying every where, soaking everybody in the bar that wasnt wearing a plastic poncho! It just kept going, like a scene out of a Mel Brooks film!

finally, the shaken not stirred miller light slows to a drip. flyfly wipes the foam off his brow and peers around the bar with his puppydog eyes (to lessen the aggresion) and cant believe what he saw.

judge walks in after her refreshing bath just in time to get soaked by beer...thinking this maybe a rowdy night i mumble something about rather smelling like beer than fish ...everyone is starring at something ...but i pay no mind and walk up and sit next to a flounder ..I say hi but it doesnt answer..the smelly guy who soaked me with beer does , ...hi, he says ..i am fly ...fly fly...everyone busts up laughing ..and i am still muttering about smelling like beer ...nursie is rolling with laughter as she tells me that she has heard its good for your hair.now i end up sitting here, still trying to figure out what the hell is so funny!

Doll pauses to listen to judge's order between her laughter. She dresses her drink and shot, adding a little extra "comfort" than she knows she'd like, after all judge is way behind here. She places the drinks on the bar and watches as judge drops her coins into the old-time jukebox and the Village People begin to chant "Y.M.C.A

At the end of the first verse of the chorus, that familiar crack of GEL's whip chimes out. She looks at Doll who then grins at her, knowing what's next, she nods her head and gives GEL a wink...

Doll dances out from behind the bar with her Indian Headdress on and dances to the end of "YMCA"...while Nursie covers the bar for her. She goes over the the jukebox and drops in a few coins and punches up the next tune..

somebody's gonna come undone, there's nothing we can do..." the lines to the Eagles "Heartache Tonight" begin, and so does the snapping of GEL's whip!! WooHooo...look at her go!! Doll stows the headress behind the bar again and takes back over bartending.
Slappy, Labont and Maverick are looking rather nervous with all this whip cracking going on...they don't see Nursie and Judge sneaking up behing them and quickly tying the guys into their chairs...

it's all Doll can do to keep her hysterical giggling from being noticed, happy the music is loud enough to cover it. GEL keeps the boys attention as they drool like Pavlov's dog at her whip. She's drumming the bar to the welcome Eagle tune, trying her best to keep the attention to GEL. She watches judge make it back to her stool and watches Nursie pound the soco shot and sip generously on Doll's masterpieced mixer. "She doesn't suspect a thing," Doll thinks. "Soon she will be laughing with us instead of laughing at us, yes, soon she will know how fun and priviledged it is to be on our side of the bar" she whispers. Nursie very slyly works like a champ in tying the boys well enough. "hehehehe", Doll chuckles again, "they don't suspect a thing" as GEL jumps and whips, keeping their attention tighly onto her...Flyfly begins to look around, searching for a hint of fllounder, knowing they won't let him down...

With all the wild whip cracking, something snapped into flyfly's brain. " King Flounder... King Flounder... KING Flounder?!!! Shes a DUDE!"

He looks around possibly in a daze, because he could of swore he heard the Eagles a second ago, but now all he hears is the theme to The Crying Game. Absorbed by his thoughts and the cracking of the whip in the background, he doesnt even notice the entrance of a familiar, yet darker figure.

Kasakato 1 glares at Harlock and Kasakato 2 with a viscious intent...

Lila returns, looking refreshed and extemely happy, and stops as she looks at the mess.

"What in the world have you guys done with my bar?" she yells over the noise.

Everything stops and all eyes turn to her.

"What . . . What in the . . . Get out from behind my bar!" She stomps to her position as the bartender and cleans up the mess there. Grumbles are heard as she works and works, throwing away garbage, used lemons, cherry stems and bent straws.

Lila suddenly stops and raises her eyes to the crowd of gawking patrons. Lifting her hand slowly, she reveals a pair of pink boxers and asks, "Who do these belong to?"

Snickers and horribly failed attempts to hold back laughter echoe through the room.

Doll watches them trying to get up, realizing they have been tied with secret agent knots that only Nursie can undo. Slappy does his best to try to free himself to hide the pink boxers. "He is making it sooooo obvious they are his," thinks Doll, if only he would just play it cool.... tsk tsk, boys... he looks absolutely mortified.
