Hey! Just wondering if anyone here had tried any recipes that other members have posted?
If so, which ones... and critique?

I tried TrickyD119's crockpot barbeque-I've done this with pork, but never tried with beef roast-worked great!!
Also, you don't have to do the barbeque part, necessarily-that way, you have a whole bunch of cooked meat for various recipes.
I don't use broth for pork; just a bit of water, & some seasoned salt on it, especially if the pork has been injected w/saltwater.

no, the processors/packing plants inject them with brine!
That's what they mean when they say something like "enhanced with up to a __% solution of water & salt" or something like that-they inject it into the meat.
old tank water... :soda: :soda:

Sorry Holly, you made it to Kas' hit list. Nothing you say or do will be good enough; he will find you and harass you, its unfortinate, I know. :idea2: Or, just make fun of his spelling and that should keep him off you for a while. :D
