Have established 10 gallon tank:

1 Betta
1 Zebra Dion
Diamond Tetra
Neon Tetra
Red Tetra (can't remember name)
Small catfish

Everyone is getting along swimingly...hehe..can I add another small fish or is that too full already...would a couple of kissing whatevers be acceptable?

zebra danios are schooling fish, they like to be in groups. i've never kept less than 4 zebra danios at a time. also they like to have lots of room to swim, they're fast swimmers as you may have noticed.
i'm not sure about the tetras, they might like to be in groups of their own kind as well.
a 10 gal tank is small, there arent many stocking options with a tank this size.

Your best bet would be to keep the betta and only one of the other fish and get a few more of them (like a group of 4-5). all of those fish like to be in groups and will be much happier that way, plus they'll start schooling and it should help to fill up the tank better!! I'm assuming the kissing fish you mean are kissing gouramis? They get pretty big, I think about 6 inches or so, and should have at least 20-30+ gallons, so they would not be a good idea.
Also, do you know what the catfish is? A cory?
