does liveaquaria.com take money orders or checks? cuz my mom is paranoid about the whole credit card over the internet thing. if not any other good live fish seller sites that do?

CC on the net is perfectly safe in most cases. If its a "good" site you will be fine. My dad used his CC for my XM, online shopping, and other stuff like that. PayPal also has his CC on file. None of us have any problem with this.
If you're really worried about using a credit card online, then look into finding one that offers single-use credit card numbers.
Failing that, I don't have any personal experience with buying fish online, so can't offer any specific stores.. but you might be able to use paypal or a money order on aquabid or ebay.. or potentially find a locat store that could make a special order for you.
