ok my adult guppies from stores seem to die after a week or two, however i have babies that are around 2 maybe 3 months and are ok... does this mean they wont die on me? btw they are in the same tanks the adults were in... becuase i want to move some from a ten gallon to my forty gallon to breed danios in the ten gallon... if everything is the same as far as water perimeters go will the transfer be an easy one? what can i do to make it less stressful?

Nothing really you can do to make it lest stressful. Just make it fast and smooth. Maybe it was something in the water at the LFS that your tap water doesnt have. The babies should live on if nothing messes with it.
ok ty, i am just nervous because the my oldest fry is gorgeous, she is 3/4 SOLID black (a deep black btw) and has orange on head and tail, her fins are orange, i mean she is a FULL colored female, and man i would cry if she died because i wanted to do danios, you know what i mean? Ill try with the other first and see what happens, if nothing then i will move her and start the danios.
