Possibly a female Metriaclima greshakei. Not sure.

Yep, it looks like a hongi to me. Definately not acei. Could be a mix, its hard to tell sometimes. Maybe some more pictures with different angles would help. Also, its hard to tell when juvie. You'll know for sure when he really starts to color up. But the orange on the head is a good indicator.
