Since I'm going to college in a year, I'm going to have to sell or donate my beloved--but too delicate--glass catfish, since I know they won't make the ride...so, I was looking for a place online where I could order a few Synodontis robertsi...but I couldn't find a single one! Does anyone know a good source for these fish, or of a more common and active small catfish?

I don't recall ever having come across one, but I've never actually looked.
Wow...that's a neat looking little catfish.....I guess they aren't very common in lfs...I've never seen any.
Would standard cory catfish be suitabel. They are fairly robust and darn easy to find. They stay nice and small as well, but do best in small groups.

I just sent an e-mail to these guys: http://www.ohiexchange.com/armke/list.htm
Hopefully they'll be able to find some. They usually have a great selection of hard to find and rare fish.

I had two catfishes like that one when I was in high school. Can't remember what the common name for it at the store. Bought them in North Bend, Oregon at the Pony Village Mall's pet store.
They're similar to several other catfishes with body and size, just the marking differentiates them.
They are definitely cool, yep.
