:help: one by one the male is eating the fry why wont the mom try to kill the dad if she suspects hes eating them anything and everythings is appreciated please help :look: or they could be hiding to but the dad is lazy so the mom has a 24 day and doesnt have time to look for them

Sometimes the first few times convicts breed you have that problem. The female may try to protect them and ends up getting overwhelmed by the male.
You could, if you have another tank, move the male. They will breed again and you may have better luck.
