If you are from the Bay area, please come join the SFBAAPS plant club, the oldest local plant club in the nation!

We have plant swaps, and many run off with lots of free plants, or algae eating shrimp, or other goodies for free.

We have ferts in bulk for basically free to cost, name brand traces(TMGm, Flourish etc), KNO3, KH2PO4, K2SO4, CaCl2, etc, we offer CO2 tanks 10-15-20lbs for 50$ filled and a fun group full of friendly folks. 30% discount for the BarrReport year rate.
I also offer open house host a full analysis of their water parameters with a spectrophotometer(highly accurate, egh NO3 to 0.01ppm!!), DO meter among other testing goodies.

You will learn how to grow plants very well quickly and make great new plant friends.

Well, 5 members are getting ready for the CO2 gas tank delivery, 20lb nice tanks for 65$ filled. That's mighty cheap for a nice size that will last a logn time!!

Also, we have a group rate for the membership to the AGA and the magazine The Aquatic Gardener(TAG).

Just these two items alone should get folks off their duff and save some loot$$.
