The thing won't do it's action. Anyone have any tips on how to get the lid on the Treasure chest to open and close, my lid sits permanently open. TIA

Turn down the air. This way it takes a lil time for the air to build up under the lid.

Lol. Iv seen that before too. You may need a small control from www.bigalsonline.com It will let you control how much air goes threw.
