Cichlid tank in Disney's Animal Kingdom

I've seen that too! Very nice. The ponds a lot bigger than the pics lead on to be. There are monkeys housed with the fish, so a few may get snagged here and there...not sure about that though. Last time I was there, they had various gouramis in there as well.
I agree though too that it looks a bit overstocked....probably from everyone breeding and having babies.

Thats the way you want to do it. Overstocking means the fish dont establish territories, and aggression is greatly reduced.


There were no monkeys near the pond. Didnt see any gouramis either.
