Yet Another Newbie With Stupid Questions
ok here we go.

I have a 29 gal tank
4 live pieces of rock
Like 10 dead pieces of rock
20 Lbs. Florida crushed corals
Ehiem canister filter
Skilter 250 (will become a ramora pro)
Thermometor
Heater

1 Yellow Tang
1 Percula Clown
1 Royal Gramma

Now my question is this,I know you guys have answered this a gazillion times but not in the way i understand it or need to know. I know the tang is a veggie freak and the clown and royal eat almost anything.....What brands of food do you advise in feeding them all. Ive done some research on all the food thats out there but they all say the same. Heres a list of what I think are the best ones:

1. Omega One - Kelp Super Veggie
2. O. N. Formula One or Two (Flake or Pellets????)
3. O. N. Prime Reef
4. O. N. Brine Shrimp Plus
5. Hikari A or S
6. Don't know which seaweed to attach to a veggie clip Brown, Red, Green.
7. ???????? Any other food that you guys recomend, Like the frozen ones.

So after the selection is made, what combination of the selected foods should I use and how should I feed it.

If you need more information, please let me know.

Thank you in advance for your helpful information.

Nori is commonly fed to tangs. If the tang will eat it, and it's not iceberg lettuce, it will help. Try a variety, see what your fish prefers.

We feed a mix of frozen foods--Formula One, Formula Two, frozen brine, frozen krill, chopped squid and chopped mussels. We buy several packs of each, put them in a tupperware in the freezer, and pull a few cubes out for feeding. Pretty easy. We don't feed flakes--very few SW fish naturally feed from the surface. Pellets are fed for the inverts--crabs and shrimp.

On a side note--a 29 is pretty small for most tangs. They tend to get sickly if thay aren't happy, so please watch it for signs of problems.
