This site doesn't provide very much info on marine species. I want to convert my 20 gallon to a marine tank, but I need to find out what kind of fish I can have. I am looking for a combo of a small school of fish with a clean up crew of some sort. Any ideas or web sites will help. Thanks!

For a 20, look at some of the smaller gobies and wrasses, and the basslet. You won't be able to have very many, 3 fish at the max. A trio of chalks would be pretty.

www.wetwebmedia.com has some good fish info.
another excellent source is Scott Michael's Pocket guide to 500 Reef Fishes -- it rates the most popular fish on a scale of 1-5 for easy/hard to care for. It also provides some guidelines on minimum tank sizes.
That being said, I've gotta agree with Oriongirl - you're going to be looking at 3 or 4 SMALL fish, and I would avoid damsels entirely. Maybe a pair neon gobies and a pair of chalk bass, or a pair of percula clowns, and a royal gramma - about 80% of the fish in the LFS will get to big for that tank - I know at my LFS we rarely carry fish that stay small enough for 20g other than clownfish...
