Just how low of light can java moss go in? I just have a normal flouresent light over my 10g and I want to try and get it to grow on my caves would this be okay, it says its a 15w.

I have java moss growing quite well in a 10 gallon under a normal 15 watt flouresent light. Should work for you as well.
Nope no fertilizer, no CO2, no special treatment. All I ever do is prune it back when it fills the tank.
