Possible to overfeed vegetables?

I have lots of different fish in my 180g, and they go nuts for cucumbers!! We have alot of cucs. at the moment, so I've been putting in a couple of slices every other day or so. The balas and clown loaches fight over them. Plus I hope that overnight my plecos and snail have a chance to have some...
So, is it possible to overfeed them veggies? Or is my case overfeeding?
 
my boyfriend has about 6 large plecos, they get a whole zucchini every day and eat it all. i think you can safely feed as much as they will eat. of course, his also get really pissed if he tries to skip a day. there is a downside.
 
funny you say that, my husband who really doesn't pay much attention to the fish, walked through the living room and was like "hey, it looks like they're looking for more cucumber" (it was all gone) sure enough, I go over to the tank and several fish are hovering around the empty veggie clip
