My 20 gallon tank specs are in my signature below. I'm wondering if it would be possible to add 2-3 Otos. I could easily relocate the ADF as I never really see him come out anyway. Or am I already pushing the stocking limit?

I do a 25-30% water change weekly. Gravel vacuum every other week but could change to every week if you think that's better. I feed once daily and fast on Sundays. Test my tanks regularly and always have 0 ammonia and nitrites. Nitrates usually test around 20-30 right before I do the water change on Saturdays.

Thanks for the help,
Curtis

You'd be alright, jut start supplementing the Farlowella/whiptail and otos with some boiled zucchini a couple times a week.

How many Otos do you think I could get?

And you boil the zuccini before you put it in the tank? I have been supplimenting crushed frozen spinach. I heard it was really good for the Ghost Shrimp. I've been putting a little of that in once a week. Would it be good to continue that and maybe just suppliment the boiled zuccini once a week?

I think the 2-3 ottos would be fine....you might also want to increase your weekly water changes to about 50% to keep those nitrates down even more...

The spinach would work still but I think the Zucchini is better, eat least for the otos, its much easier for them to get it. As far as how many, your original plan sounded good to me, so go with that number.
