I am still in the process of cycling my tank (specs below). Upon a friend's suggestion, I did 80% water changes every other day for 6 days. The ammonia is now steady at 0 (it's been 3 days)! Very cool, but NO2 + NO3 are also steady at 0. I thought I'd see NO2 register something.

When should I expect to see a rise in anything?

Thanks all!

I don't know how long you have been cycling for but it will take about 3 weeks for the proccess to complete. When it is over you should get a reading of nitrate of some sort and zero reading on nitrite, then do a water change and add the fish gradually over a few weeks. Are you doing a fishy cycle or a non-fishy cycle?

I have been doing a fishy cycle for about a month now.
Thanks for the input, ash.
