I am stocking 3 tanks and was wondering what should go in them.....
First 10 gallon-1 Ram then i dont know what else (south american theme)
Second 10 gallon- Asian theme but dont know what
5 Gallon- i was wondering if i could put some white clouds in there for my sister because she is from china and so are the fish. but how many...

THANKYOU ALL VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the first ten you could go for just a breeding pair of German Blue Rams. In the second, I'm not sure. I can't think of any small asian fish, for some reason... A few white clouds shouldn't be too bad in the 5. 3-4. You could also opt for a dwarf puffer, or a betta.

in the first 10 gallon i only want one ram because stocking and i want kind of a small community tank and no babies unless small. i was thinking 1 german blue (or bolivian) and 3 guppies or 2 platies and then some cories

Are guppies/platies south american? The ram wouldn't do well with cories in that small of a tank, since they both stay near the bottom. A small school of tetras might do nicely, though.

Another thought for your other ten gallon, is rather than going with an asian theme you could try shell dwellers. Just an idea, since I can't come up with anything asian.

Ah. I know how that is. Check on LiveAquaria.com for species that stay small and are asian in origin, maybe? Not to buy, just to look.

That actually sounds pretty good. Not positive that a dwarf gourami can go in a 10, since I haven't actually kept one, but I'd assume they can.

for your 5 i would say a betta they are kinda close to china i did say 'close' im not saying they are.
