Maybe you fill the bottom area with a school of 6 corries… but first, what other fish you got in that tank? Coz soon you will be overstocked as the mollies are prolific breeders, they breed every month

well all i have is the mollies.we do have 4 fry in a breeder basket and (hate to say it)we are only going to rescue 1 or 2 fry and the rest are on there own (just to control over population.

well, since mollies are primarily brackish fish, u could go with small puffers or one of my favorites, the bumblebee gobie, or other brackish fish

That's a myth. Mollies can be freshwater, brackish, and full saltwater is the levels go up or down slowly. Basically they are more protected against salt than other fish.

I have had a number of mollies in my 29 gallon freshwater tank. Right now I'm understocked because some mollies died while I was gone for a week and the people overfed them WAY too much:(:(..anyways..I have 2 mickey mouse platys with my 2 female mollies and a blue gourami. They go beautifully together. Swordfish go well also. I wouldn't go with guppies though becaue I had some bite mine. If you don't want any baby fry then get a gourami. I've NEVER seen my fry even though my females have been pregnant numerous times(before my males died)...good luck!

puffer fish is good but the only problem i see is that they are very aggressive to other fish. and they might kill all your mollies.
