Haakon and I went to the doctors today to get everything straightened out. He had to take off work to do so but I needed his help in understanding the doctor. The doctor decided to do another ultrasound so we could both see it. He showed us the first baby. We saw the second baby right beside baby A. THEN he said that he hears another heartbeat behind baby B!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was thinking. oh my goodness! I could not POSSIBLY by having triplets! :thud: Yesterday when I went bymyself the doctor only heard two heartbeats but today there was 3. I think that is extremely strange but that's what the doctor said. He eveb let my listen to them. So it seems like I am having triplets if all goes well. Haakon and I still can't believe it! how am I going to care for my cat, dog, and fish?!

Congratulations! Hope everything goes well. You certainly are going to be very busy. Guess we won't be seeing much of you anymore. You'll be spending most of your day on poop patrol. :p:

It will be a while before poop patrol happens...but it will be good to have AC during bedrest! :)

I'm just so glad that Haakon went with me to the doctors today to translate!..lol! Ya it will be a while before I don't come here as much but I still hope to be on whenever possible! I'll have to quit my job but that's ok!:D

2 months ago when I got married I never dreamed of having triplets 9 months after I got married! Haakon is happy though! So AM I!!!!!:D:D:D...anybody here had triplets before?

I have three....but they all came a few years apart....lol....diapers aren't so bad...at least it's contained.....lol.....wait till you have to potty train them all !!! :dive2: :dive2: :dive2:

That's pretty incredible BF.....congrats to the possibly 5 of you ! :thm:
 
that will be exciting when they are all two!!!!!!!!!!!...lol! Does anyone know how many months into the pregnancy that they can tell whether it's a boy or a girl?
 
anytime after 14 weeks, but it's usually easiest to tell around 18-24 weeks in my experience. but if there are three in there it could be kinda hard to see I would think.
