new test kit

hello all,i just got my new deluxe fresh lab (water test kit) that test ph,nh3/nh4,no2,gh,kh,fe,co2,cl2...now what?what do i need to check first.i have a 30 gal tank with 10 mollies .thanks oyea i am very new at this.

well i would check the ph frist but do all of them after that
