It means god in the source of water or god from a source of water. a play on my current favorite phrase "deus ex machina". I could really use a deus ex machina right now

NO i dont know latin just know a few cool sounding phrases and sometimes they get jumbled together in my brain when im bored Although it might be interested to conduct a job interview in latin. Get together a bunch of collegues and conduct it as if nothing is wrong. Hmm first i need to find a bunch of collegues
