I'm four weeks into my cocktail shrimp cycle...

Here are my stats:

Temp: 79.2
SG: 1.024
pH: 8.4
Alk: 3.6
Ammo: ~1.0
NO2: >1.0
NO3: >50
PO4: .15
Ca: 350

My pH is high. Does all else look OK? I added just 30 pounds of Gulf-View ten days ago and it looks very good. I also added 20 pounds of live sand onto 300 pounds of Southdown. Tank is a 125. The life on the rock appears to be doing well.

All advice very much appreciated. Should I do anything to adjust the pH. Also, is my Alk too high? I'm using Red Sea test kits (for now).

Whats your alk measured in? Im not familiar with the red sea test kit... is it measured in meq/L?

A Ph of 8.4 is fine. natural SW varies from 8.2 to 8.4. It will likely drop some when your cycle is completed.

Your alk is right around the medium range. Perfectly fine.

Your cycle seems to be going well. Likely another week or two until it finishes.
