Would anyone possibly have any explaination as to why my platy fry are picking on my pleco? My tank is a 55g community. There are about 20 platy fry(they are just the ones who happened to survive). They range in size from about 1/4 - 3/4 of an inch. Whenever my pleco is out in the open there are 2 fry that peck at him. They peck the same way as they do at my plants. He just lets them do it and I guess when he's had enough then he moves. They are soon going to my LFS but I'm just wondering why they may be doing this.
