:help: This has been growing on my fern the past couple weeks. See circled part in picture. It's thin, long and red in color. I want to move it to another tank but am worried that I'll introduce the algae over there. Can I bleach dip(19:1 for 2 min) and then safely plant in another tank? Also, the tank is recently being treated for ich...is that a problem too?

doesn`t look like bba. bba usually grows in short black tuffs on the edges of the leaves. Impossible to remove and looks like a fish lost it`s tupet!
