I've got the fish bug again, and I want to restore my 29 gallon system I have. I say system as it was a custom saltwater setup that I've not used in two years or more and it's the only tank I have to use, No I'm not buying a new tank, and no I'm not returning to the saltwater world anytime soon.

I have two 55 watt Power Compacts for 110 watts of lighting. So I know I need two new bulbs but what to get? Yes I'm intending this to be a planted tank. For Filtration, I am planning on using a Bio-Wheel (just the stand alone hang on model) and will be powered by my sump pump. Flourite will be used as my substraight.
Figuring this setup might be a bit overkill but it's what I got to work with so give me some thoughts. It's been mnay many years since my first freshwater tank and looks like most stuff is reletivetly the same principles as today with some new things like the fishless cycle, I like that.
