Any1 use BigAl's water condtnr or food?

their water cond. seems to work fine but their frozen foods are crap. The bloodworms are more blood than worm.
i dont use them personally but i have heard from friends that the flakes and the conditioner are fine and work, but have never heard anything about anything else.
I have a bottle of their freeze-dried brine shrimp, but I can't really compare them to any other brands.

I bought a bottle of BA's freeze-dried bloodworms, and it's more like a bottle of bloodworm dust! 
At the same time I bought Tetra Delica bloodworms and they're little dried-out worms, like I expected.
