I have a large tank to fill (125G). The inhabitants already are a rainbow shark, a gold gourami, and three clown loaches. The other additions are planned to be two schools, one of harlequin rasboras and one of cherry barbs (10-15). How do I go about adding these schools without spiking the bio filter. I know it needs to be done weeks apart, but how many fish can I put in at a time? My readings are all good at this point....nitrites 0, ammonia 0, PH 6.8-7.0, nitrates 10.

Thanks

hey, its not that big of a deal.. they just say that , but u dont have to follow it... it works and is safe everytime,u can add 10 a week i would say... for sure.

I only have a 40g tank and when I bought my Glowlight Tetras I put all 10 in at the same time and it did not affect my water at all.

like i said... 10 fish is fine.. not a big deal... do it how ever you want... but i know it will be fine...

yeah a spike for sure.. but is should be fine.. let us know how things go and what u end up doing or plan on doing for sure.!!
