I guess I really DO need to put up blinds: my relatively new 37G's left side gets about 2.5 hrs. of sunlight each day (it's sitting right next to a west-facing window) and consequently I've started to get some greenish algae growth on the glass where direct sunlight hits. So far it has been easy enough to just wipe the stuff off with a sponge once a week as part of the routine maintenance/water change, but this morning I noticed small - between 1/32" and 1/16" - green round spots that required some serious scraping to get them off the glass. Does anyone know what that stuff is? I'm not too worried, just curious. Some different form of algae, I assume?
