Hello, I have been keeping sw for about two years now and would like to start a new tank woth some mushrooms, tube worms, and some christmas tree worms. I would like to try a simple 10 gallon set up. With with a strip light with a 50/50 coral life bulb. Would this be enough lighting for the mushrooms? Any good refrences you would recomend to furhter inform my self on keeping a relitvily small and simple reef tank?
Thanls for your responses!!

That should be enough light for shrooms, and the tube worms of course don't care, but I'd avoid the christmas tree worms. They actually live within a living motipora coral, and will die when it dies. The worms are easy, but keeping that coral alive is very difficult--it needs high light levels, as well as a stable tank.

Do a search on nano reefs. There are several threads here with good ifno and good links. The biggest issue with small tanks is always stability--keeping everything in balance is harder with the smaller water volume.

GL!
