My wife just picked up this cichlid at the store yesterday without realizing it had what looks like a parasitic hole in the side of its body. Here are some pics:

There are what appears to be a few little white wiggly worm-like things hanging out. Any idea what is it and how to fix it? It was in my original ciclid tank for a few hours until I got home from work. Any treatment I Should give to the rest of my cichlids?
