Just a quick question: Is the Bak Pak 2 skimmer/biological filter enough filtration for a 20 gallon tank (without any other filter)? Thanks

Hmmm, depends on what you want to keep, but given a small bioload I think you'll be okay. This model is prone to some problems with tuning from what I can see on the various sites, you might also consider the AquaC Remora. Replacing the Rio pump with a Maxi Jet/Venturi seems to be a common retrofit. more info below...
