I have a 20 gallon tank with 2 mollies(one male, one female). They just had 2 batches of frey. The water conditions are fine, but the male seems to STILL have ich from awhile back. I also have two dwarf frogs, a rubber lip placo, and a lone neon tetra that survived the first treatment of ich. This is my first time posting a forum so hope i gave you enough info.

Ideally you should quarantine an infected fish...Raise the temp to 82 and medicate...If you dont have a quarantine tank it may effect your fry, but if ick is a re-occuring problem, it will get them too eventually...Ick is a symptom more then a disease...Poor water quality greatly effects a fishes immune system and the natural ability it has to protect itself from parasites. Good luck
