Most petsmarts have angels. Also, if you're near the south suburbs. Petland has a really nice display of angels. The one in Tinley Park.

I don't think I've ever seen a store that doesn't sell them, come to think of it.

If you want healthier fish then you could always order them off a website that is specifically an aquatic dealer like www.liveaquaria.com, good luck:-)

ok finally found some. i ended up buying 25 for $7 they are small, about the size of a big pea. they look really cool, i can start seeing the angelfish look already. when i first bought them they looked like some kind of tetra!! any ideas on what to feed them for optimum growth?

no i actually bought 50 for $14!! i went 50 50 with my friend's mom. the guy ended up giving us like 56 for that price! like i said in the above post they are a lot bigger than pea size but not as big as a dime yet, im hoping for many pairs and whatever is left or i dont have room for in the future i think i;ll just sell..

Feed them a balanced high protein diet, blood worms, brine shrimp, beef heart. In about a year you will have breeders,be sure to do frequent water changes and remove any un eaten food 30 min after feeding, when you feed your Angels high protein foods they will foul the water fast if not removed.

Good Luck

If you need help just PM me and I will tell you how we do it, we currently have 14 tanks of fry-juvies and 10 Breeder Pairs

If you want some really great angels, try angelsplus.com. Steve ships and has been in the business a long time. You do not stay in business by doing it wrong.
