Sorry, I didn't found a better place to put this...

I have this shrimp, I don't know what type it might be... and I was wondering if any of you know. I have him housed with some small tropical fish (less than 2 inch long fish) and I think he might be responsible for dissapearances in my tank. Here is a picture of this little guy:

If you know what type of shrimp it is, and it's recommended to separate him from the little fish, I have an extra 5.5g tank which I can prepare for him, and what type of fish I could keep with him in this size tank, if any? Or is it best to house it alone? Or is it ok to house it with another shrimp of the same type? Thanks for your help!

Thanks! Before I posted this, I had done a search on this forum about shrimp, and found about Macrobrachium, and did a search on the internet and thought it might be it... but decided to post anyway just in case. It looks like he's moving to a tank on his own. I tried to search which species it was, but I can't find any that looks exactly like him... so I don't know how much will it grow... do you know how much time does it takes for him to be full grown? He has grown a lot since I got him, he has molted about 4 times already. And he is around 3-3.5 inches long.

It is not, as was earlier stated, a chameleon shrimp (M. pilimanus). Rather, it's likely a juvenile Macrobrachium rosenbergii (for what it's worth, it's identical to a confirmed rosenbergii in my possession). I can't speak of growth rate from personal experience (though, as this species is commonly aquacultured, such information should be available online), as none of my specimens are yet mature, but the following images will give you a sense of what you - should you possess a male - have in store:
