freshwater to saltwater conversion

what all do i need to convert a 29g freshwater tank into a saltwater tank. I already have a penguin 350 power filter with biowheels. I am getting a prizm skimmer. i have a 228gph powersweep powerhead i am going to replace with a hagen with arobic filter. i am going to get about 40lbs of live sand and about 15 lbs of live rock. I am wanting to add 1-2 small anemones and a pair of clownfish, pair of domino damsels and 1 yellow tang. I also want to put a few snails and hermits just to keep it clean. I only have a T8 flourecent lighting system i am probably going to replace with a compact flourecent system and i am going to add moonlights. Is there anything else i need other than this, a hydrometer, and salt mix?

I'm sure you'll get alot of great info from everyone here, but I'll start by saying that I think thats too many fish for a 29g tank, Tangs can get big and will run out of room fast. Besides that the more fish you have, the more you'll have to maintain, water changes etc... If you add a sump you can manage more fish, but I still think tangs will get to big to be able to play in a 29g

Tangs out, damsles and the clowns will most likely fight in such a small tank, anemones are out becuase of lighting.

what else would you need:

heater, substrate probably...
