Anyone please help...
I just finished taking apart my 75g tank It was very ugly and needed some major help. After I got it all apart I found the source of the leak. the tank was being held together with shims jammed between the steel stand and the tank corners. The tank put so much weight on the word that it compacted it and gave the tank room to swell and seperate the glass and caulk.
Anyway when I looked at the plastic rim that fits on the top and bottom of the glass the guy I bought it from cut off the outside rim thats holds the tank together off. He did it to make it fit in the bottom of the tank but didn't need to at the top. I guess he realized that later and thats why he needed the shims...
I need to replace those plastic rims... where can I buy them???
