Hello,

I have a 12G nano cube that was out of service for about a year. Now water is established and ammonia, nitrates, nitrites, and everything is perfect....

My question is the following: the nano cube comes with a 32Watts, how can I improve the wattage in there, were to buy it, and how I can install it?

I will like to achieve at least 6 watts per gallon, so I can display a better variety...

Thank you very much...

Christian

Check out www.nano-reef.com . Run a search on things like 'cube', 'mod', 'lighting' etc. and you'll find LOADS of info on some of the mods people have made to their stock setups, including lighting. Also take a look at the nanocube contest there - it's for 6g tanks, but taking a look at some of the amazing lighting mods should give you some great ideas :)

You can always improve your globes to get a higher output, also if you make the top of your light shiny, around where the tubes are, it will reflect the light better making it a bit brighter, or you could just buy another fluro or go for a metal halide unit.
