My Oscar is about 14 inches and my managuens is 22 inches . oscar is a male other female in a 100 gallon tank.

I would say no. Parachromis managuense do not attain 22'', max is 16'' (I believe this is the wild-caught record size). You more likely have a Parachromis dovii, which will most likely kill your oscar. They also reach 30'', and require extremely large tanks because of their size. It has probably already outgrown your 100g at 22'' unless your tank is custom made and wider than the standard 18''.
