what kind is this?

my nitrates are about 10ppm, i have 2 amazon swords, lights stay on 10 hours a day no sunlight...
what else can i do?
im afraid this algae is going to overtake my plants.
any advice?

Can't offer an ID or much advice, sorry, but maybe I can start things off... see if you can match your algae to one of the pictures on this site:

Oh it is sooo cute. Can I name it "George"? I will love it, and pet it, and call it George. :duh:
Looks like a type some algae eating fish (mollies, SAE) would take care of but it's hard to tell from a pic.

:OT: That has got to be one of the ultimate best Bugs Bunny cartoon lines. We use it all the time!
