I was in there today and they should learn a few things about customer service i told them i needed help and they told me someone should be with me momentarily so i waited about 10 minutes and was like ok screw this. Then im walking out and the guys like oh are you ready. Plus the fish there look sick and they carry injected paint fish last time i go to that place!!!!
 
well, were they actually busy or just making you wait while they did stuff that could have waited until later? i can understand bad customer service in a huge place (not be happy with it, but understand it) but there is absolutely no excuse for it in a small independently owned store. the only way to get and keep customers is to take care of their needs politely and offer a quality product. sucks for them. i hope you can find a better place to shop.
