My tank finished cycling last week  and I want to add some more fish. I have a 20gallon tank with

3 neon tetras
4 phantom tetras (one female, three males)
1 albino cory
4 molly fry (3weeks old, about 1/2 inch big)

I wanted to get

4 more neon tetras
2 more corys
and maybe a few more phantom tetras, most likely female b/c the males tend to pick on the female in there now

as the molly fry get bigger and I plan to bring 2 or 3 back to the LFS

I wanted some opinions on if this is a good plan. Also, will I be at my tank capacity once I put the other fish in or can I still add some other fish. If so what might be some good fish to consider adding to the tank?

You will definately be at capacity if not overstocked. I would go with 6 of each tetra, 3 corys and get rid of the mollys :) The ratio is usually 1 male to every 2-3 females, maybe you can switch things around and they'll be less aggressive
