Small white worms?

I have found tiny white worms in my plastic aquarium. They are sittuated on the glass of the aquarium.

What do you think they are? What should I do?

The tank has no fish, its new and it only has plants.
 
The are nemotodes or planetia (?) worms. I can't remeber which is which but either are hamrless to any fish. they are usually just a sign that there is excess food int he aquarium. Proper water changes and gravel vacuuming will take care of them. And many fish will eat them.
