I just got the seaclone 100 a couple days ago. I know I probably won't see anything in the collection cup for a few days atleast. But I am not sure if it is working correctly. How should it looks in the cylinder if it is working? What I see is a small swirling action in the lowever chamber, but noting more than a little condensation in the top portion. There is water coming through fall/jet into the tank but it only is causeing minimal little bubbles. Is this normal? I'm not sure if maybe I don't have my airflow adjusted right. If I increase it to allow the water to go up higher, then too much flow goes in the tank. Any ideas, anyone with the same type of skimmer?

Problem Solved

It turned out it was a user error! :duh:

yeah I had my 150 seaclone going for about a week, until I noticed I had to fine tune the air intake tube. The guy at the LFS said it would take a while to get anything, but it foams up enough gunk to empty every 3 days or so. Nasty looking stuff, unless amoco is using my 75 gal to drill for oil.
