Sounds like a great way to make video games even less appealing...

I would be worried about the safety of something like that!! You're telling me its safe to attach something to my head that makes me walk a certain way by the flip of a switch? Or effect my balance  . I saw some discovery channel type show where they could help people with parkinsons stop shaking by inserting this rod (if I remember correctly) into their brain, then using a remote to turn the sensor on and off and literally turn the shaking on or off. They showed an elderly man pretending to drink out of a cup and he was shaking and couldn't get the cup to his mouth. Then the dr. takes this remote and holds it up near the guys chest and he can suddenly use the cup with a very steady hand. I thought even that was kind of creepy, even though it was for such a great cause....
