Injured fin on Tetra

I added six bleeding heart tetras to my planted 33 gal tank (4 days ago).
One of them appears to have a fin that is tattered. Should I attempt to capture this fish and put it in my hospital tank? I have some Melafix that I was going to use to help this fish recover....any advice? Thanks
 
If the fin does not look too bad, I would just leave it be and increase your water changes for a week or so. Clean water will help just as much if not more than melafix. If you would like to use some though, it won't hurt the main tank to add a bit.
