You guys are not going to believe this.
I picked up a 46 gal bowfront with stand light and hood.
$200. They only had 3 sent in from another store. I don't know what this means. What I am saying is if your intrested check out your local Walmart.
Do they own a petstore chain or something?
At the LPS's around here this tanke goes for around 450 with the extras above.
I saw that same deal a few years back.....only all that cost then was 180$ !!! I still kick myself a bit for passing it by.........Go for it Cylon !!!

Yea I notice that the other day i live in parkersburg wv i seen 4 here they were going for 198.96 and the 55g were 149.96 but u only get the tank and hood adn lil stuff but no stand now u can go to pet store here get a 55 no or anything 99$...I like the 46g i saw great deal wish they had 55g deal like that...

Its a good deal - but remember your supporting them by buying from them, and encouraging them to continue carrying fish.
If they just carried supplies and dry stock that would be okay, but IMO i will not shop there until they stop carrying livestock.

Oh I bought the tank already. Thats why I brought it up. I didn't want someone beating me back to Walmart.
By the way the brand is All Glass.
LuvMyKribs, You make a good point. It's kind of funny I was into fish a long time back and I rember saying I can't believe how Walmart keeps fish. I have never seen anything like it. I was here in forums for maybe a week and I found out it's the whole world. I'm not alone in this.

Walmart always has awesome deals on large tank setups.
Im thinking of investing in one. :)
I dislike their treatment of fish, and I plan on writing them regarding that issue. I urge everybody else to write them and ask them to stop selling fish aswell.

i got my 55 setup and stand at walmart. it came with everything, a penguin filter, a 200 watt heater, light and hood. it was on sale for 149.00 and the stand was 58.99 so thats a good deal. i saved about 300.00
walmart rules whats wrong with it? i dont know why people complain, dont we like to get bargains? or would you rather pay top dollar and get ripped off? shheesh
